I need volunteers to help with the following:

I need someone who is FLUENT in both English and Japanese to do translations for me. This is a VERY important position, so if you aren't truly fluent in both languages, then I ask that you please don't waste your time or mine by applying.
Unfortunately I can't afford to pay the person who fills this position at this time, but their are other really great benefits that come with this job, which I will disclose to you if I feel you are the right person for the job.
For this position, I would prefer someone who is willing and able to travel from time to time, and at least some (if not all) of your travel expenses will be covered.

I also need people to help gather news and information for this site.
I will only publish news that has been verified by official sources, such as the official website of the band or artist that the news is concerning, or news released by the band/artists management or record company, etc.
DO NOT submit news that cannot be verified through an official source. When submitting news, you will be required to submit the source of your information so I can verify it before it is published on the site.

I also need people to help gather information about bands/artists for this site. I will be adding many bands/artists to this site, and I will need a photo of the band, information about the band's/artist's history, member's information, discography, as well as links to their official website and any fan sites you know of, and a brief statement about what the site is about and what you will find on the site etc. Please see my links section; it will give you an idea of what I mean. (If the fan site hasn't been updated in a long time, or it is only a few pages, ect., then please don't bother submitting it.)

~This is on a VOLUNTEER basis. Unfortunately, I can't afford to pay you for your work at this time.

~Only people who are actually willing to work should apply.

~You will not be expected to submit a lot of things for the site on a regular basis. Any contribution from time to time will be appreciated.
